York - Dante Meeting


The Dante meeting if the first meeting at York hosting The Dante Stakes, a Group 2 flat horse race at York Races open to three-year-old horses and run over a distance of 1 mile, 2 furlongs. Last season, saw Madam Chiang take victory in the opening day’s Tattersalls Musidora whilst the Betfred Dante saw The Grey Gatsby triumph, he then went on to claim the French Derby and Irish Champions Stakes, as well as chasing home Australia in the Juddmonte International. Look out for this year’s winners who will likely be amongst the favourites again for their respective Classics.
